New documents related to the Epstein file have been made public. Donald Trump’s name has appeared hundreds of times in this, but the allegations included are mostly based on unverified tips received by the FBI. The Justice Department removed and re-uploaded some files related to Trump, due to which it is under siege.

Washington: In America, the case related to sex offender and infamous financier Jeffrey Epstein has once again created a political and social uproar. The US Justice Department on Friday announced to make public more than 3 million documents related to the Epstein case. This is considered to be the biggest documentary revelation so far, which has created a stir not only in America but also in the political and business world of Britain. However, the Justice Department was surrounded by files related to Trump. Telegraph said in its report that a very sensitive file included in these was removed from the website within a few hours and later uploaded again. This file contained unproven allegations of sexual harassment against US President Donald, which created an uproar in both social media and politics. America’s Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche told in the press conference that the total documents released include about 2,000 videos and more than 1 lakh 80 thousand photographs. However, many of these parts have been blacked out for privacy and legal reasons.
What are the Epstein files?
According to the Justice Department, a total of more than 6 million pages were considered potentially relevant. These include FBI and Justice Department emails, interview records, investigative reports, photographs, videos and seized digital data. After investigation, about 35 lakh pages have been released. These documents also contain a large amount of pornographic material, which was seized from Epstein’s personal device. Some files have been withheld because they are related to the ongoing investigation, privacy of the victims and medical records.
Justice Department surrounded by Trump
The name of US President Donald Trump has appeared hundreds of times in these files. However, both the Justice Department and the White House have made it clear that many of the allegations included are unproven and have no legal basis. There is also a file among the new documents, which was removed by the Justice Department for some time and then made public again, about which there is a lot of speculation. This file contains a spreadsheet summary of complaints received by the FBI National Threat Operations Center. Both Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump are mentioned in these complaints.
According to the documents, these complaints were filed at different times, some of which are as old as 35 years. The most important thing is that there is no evidence of verification of any of these tips in the documents. An email attached to the spreadsheet read, ‘This is the list I sent to Whitney with the names of Trump’s accusers from NTOC.’ It is believed that this email was sent from the New York Field Office of the FBI in August 2025.
Justice Department’s clarification regarding Trump
According to the Justice Department website, Trump’s name appears hundreds of times in the new documents, but many of the allegations included in these are without evidence. The White House and Justice Department pointed to an official statement to the media, saying some “false and sensational claims” were sent to the FBI just before the 2020 election. The statement also said that if there was even an iota of truth in these allegations, they would have already been used as a legal and political weapon. Donald Trump has repeatedly said that he had no criminal ties to Epstein and Epstein’s victims have not accused Trump of any crime.
