Doctor Shubham says that about 70% of Indians are not able to meet their daily fiber requirement. There is a lack of fiber rich foods in people’s plates and its deficiency is increasing rapidly. People think of fiber as just part of the diet, but it’s actually the cornerstone of our metabolism. This lack of fiber is not only spoiling our digestion but also making us victims of serious diseases in our youth.
