Even after eating and drinking a lot in the winter season, if you are feeling very tired and do not feel like doing any work and are feeling lazy, then you need to be careful. Feeling tired is not only an effect of winter season, it can become a problem for you in future. According to doctors, this could be the beginning of your autoimmune diseases, which you are ignoring as fatigue.

AIIMS New Delhi Dr. Uma Kumar, Head of Rheumatology Department, says that the cases of autoimmune diseases are increasing in winter. In cold weather, the body’s immune system becomes weak or has a negative effect. Due to which some diseases start developing in the body, which can later turn into serious diseases.

Dr. says that during the winter season the body’s immune system attacks the body itself and
Symptoms like constant fatigue, weakness, dryness of mouth and eyes, itching in sunlight, skin rashes and muscle pain start appearing in patients.

He said that people often ignore these symptoms in the initial stages, due to which the disease is identified late and by the time they reach the doctors, the problem increases. He said that changing lifestyle, increasing air pollution, vitamin D deficiency and hormonal problems like hypothyroidism are promoting these diseases.

He also said that there is less sunlight in winter, while working people are not able to take this sunlight, in such a situation, Vitamin D deficiency increases in many people, due to which the immune system becomes further weak.

He told that women are more affected by autoimmune diseases than men. According to Dr. Kumar, the hormones present in women affect the immune system, due to which they are more likely to get these diseases. Therefore, take maximum sunlight in this season and if any symptoms appear, consult a doctor immediately, so that the disease does not become serious in the future.
