To prepare this soup, first of all all the vegetables are cut into small pieces. A little ghee, butter or oil is heated in a pan or heavy bottomed vessel. Add finely chopped ginger and garlic and fry lightly so that the aroma comes out. After this, add all the vegetables and stir for one or two minutes on medium flame. Then add water as per requirement, add salt and let the soup boil.
