Bhoga is considered incomplete without it. And Shrikrishna was prepared with various kinds of food such as talar bara, kheer, talar luchi, talar malpoa. Everyone thinks of Gopal as the beloved little child of the house. So in love he is offered multiple bhogas.
Sweets are made from the juice of ripe palm. More or less everyone has eaten talar bara. Because it is often made at home. But it is never seen to make sweets with palm juice. The texture of which is similar to that of oil-fried sweets such as gulab jamun, black jam, etc.
