Mukesh took control of the family after his father’s death. In the evening, Beldar sells various delicacies including fuchka in Battala area. Mukesh makes oil free potato chatta.

It is known that this chatap is made by boiling the potato and kneading it with cumin powder, coriander powder, fenugreek and various spices and making it on low heat. This chatap is then served hot with a little lemon, sweet chutney, raw onion, coriander leaves and coconut. About 40 to 50 plates of this chatap are sold every day. However, during various festivals, the sales volume increases during the day.

According to Mukesh, this chatap without oil is completely healthy. No rich masala is added to this oil-free chatap. Naturally, men and women of any age can freely eat chatpati. Food lovers have praised Mukesh’s quickness by eating it every day.

A new addition to the evening menu, along with other dishes, is the low-spicy oil-free potato chapati.
