Ingredients to make Immunity Booster Moong Dal Laddu
-Peeled moong dal – 200 grams
-Sesame – 200 grams
-Gum – 50 grams
-Desi Ghee – 200 grams
-Almonds – 100 grams
-Chopped almonds – 60 grams
-Chopped cashew nuts – 60 grams
-Raisins – 50 grams
-Cream – 2-3 tablespoons
– Dry ginger powder – 2 teaspoons
-Nutmeg powder – half teaspoon
-Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
-Jaggery powder – 250 grams
-Sugar powder – 250 grams

Method to make Moong Dal Laddu
1. First of all, wash and clean the moong dal thoroughly and spread it on a cotton cloth and let it dry completely. On the other side, lightly roast the sesame seeds and keep them aside to cool. Remove the skin from the peanuts and fry them also.

2. Now heat some ghee in a pan, add gum to it and fry till it swells. Take it out and keep it aside. Lightly fry almonds, cashews and raisins in the same pan. When the raisins swell, turn off the gas and take them out separately.

3. Now grind the sesame seeds coarsely in the mixer. Similarly, grind peanuts, almonds and gum lightly and mix them with sesame seeds.

4. Lightly fry dry lentils in a pan without ghee, when it cools down, grind it finely in a mixer to make flour and filter it. Now add some ghee to this lentil flour and fry it on low flame. When aroma starts coming, add cream to it and stir.

5. Now add the sesame-dry fruit mixture to the dal and mix well. Add dry ginger, nutmeg, cardamom powder and remaining ghee in it. Then add jaggery powder and sugar powder and mix everything well. Finally add fried dry fruits.

6. While the mixture is still warm, make round laddus with your hands. When the prepared laddus cool down, keep them in an airtight container.
