Some medicines affect the activity of hormones in the body, while some increase blood flow to the hair roots. Due to this, the growth phase of hair can be prolonged, due to which the hair becomes slightly denser and does not fall quickly. But these medicines do not cure the real cause of hair fall. Such as genetics, stress, nutritional deficiency, hormonal changes, disease or wrong lifestyle. These reasons often remain the same.
What are the side effects of the medicine
For this reason, when the medication is stopped, hair loss usually resumes. Side effects of medicines are also an important truth. Many people feel burning, itching, redness, flaking or dryness in the scalp due to medicines applied on hair. - Take adequate nutrition-Consume foods containing adequate protein, iron, zinc, biotin, vitamin E, omega 3 fatty acids. For this, consume plenty of green leafy vegetables, almonds, dry fruits, flax seeds, sesame laddus, spinach greens, eggs, oily fish, orange, lemon, grapefruit, grapes etc.
- reduce stress-Stress is a major cause of hair fall. Stress happens in everyone’s life but the one who manages it properly is the winner. For this you should walk every day. Walk at least 3-4 kilometers daily. Then yoga is a great way to get rid of stress. Yoga and meditation will relieve stress. Traveling relieves stress. Keep going on tours with friends and family. Good relationship with society also keeps away from stress. For this, mix with everyone in the society. Talk to them. Chat a lot with friends and family. The most important thing is to never think that if hair falls, we will become bald. This will increase the tension further. The happier you are, the healthier your hair will be.
