During the game, a ball suddenly flew and hit a woman on the eye and seriously injured her. After hitting the ball, the injured woman is seen writhing in pain. Bystanders and on-duty staff quickly helped him and informed the field medical staff.
The injured woman has been identified as Mallika Mondal, aged 57 years. He is a resident of Behala Pathak Para. It is reported that he suffered an injury to his nose. Later he was rushed out of the stadium and taken to SSKM Hospital. Where first aid is administered in a trauma care center. Doctors said that his condition is stable and under observation.
