Apart from this, he has done small roles in films like Jailer, Kolamavu Kokila 2, Tiruchitrambalam, Raayan, Seemaraja. She is also continuously working in TV serials. Nisha is very famous not only in TV and films but also on the internet. She runs a YouTube channel named ‘Karuppu Roja’, in which she shares cooking tips and vlogs and is very active. Nisha, who used to be so busy, has recently changed herself completely by losing weight. That too in a very short time, Nisha has lost weight.
According to her Instagram post, Nisha has lost 14 kg weight in 50 days. Last December, Aranthangi Nisha shared it on Instagram, and recently in a stage show, she explained how it was possible.
In her stage show, Aranthangi Nisha said, “Only I know the hard work I did to lose weight. People on social media give different kinds of advice, like ‘eat this, eat that’. But please don’t listen to those things. Because I have made the same mistakes. Drinking honey, hot water, lemon juice mixed with honey, lemon juice every morning on an empty stomach will help in reducing weight, it was said. I did. Everything else except acid and palm oil was mentioned in this list. But I did not get any benefit from this.
Nisha told that she tried to lose weight by walking. Despite walking daily, only 2 grams of weight was lost. Some people said that if you walk on the terrace 8 times, you will lose weight. I did that too, but to no avail.
Talking about food, Nisha said, “A friend of mine told me that if I eat chapati, I will lose weight. I tried that too. I was asked to give up white rice, I did that too. But when I gave up white food items, I just felt dizzy. I endured all this to lose weight.”
‘So how did you lose weight?’ To this question, Nisha replied in just one word, “Control over food.” He said, “Our ancestors kept their body under control by eating porridge and working hard. Now people eat pizza, burgers. They also give fried rice to children. But all this is very harmful for health. We should first understand the goodness of old food.”
Aranthangi Nisha further said, “If we correct our eating habits, we are half way there. Whether we eat home-cooked food, mother’s food, grandmother’s food, or prepare food ourselves, we can remain happy and healthy.”
Aranthangi Nisha said that eating right only maintains our health and this is the secret of her weight loss. Meaning, do not eat outside at all, eating fresh food from your home and eating less is most beneficial. Along with this, daily exercise is a guarantee of weight loss.
