When oil is repeatedly heated at high temperatures, its chemical structure completely breaks down and the oil turns black, which is a clear sign of it being poisonous. In this process, carcinogenic compounds, total polar compounds, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and free radicals are released from the oil. These elements harm the healthy cells of the body.
