Siliguri: Delhi’s popular chole-kulcha now in Siliguri. Until now momos were available in the streets and alleys here. From this time Chole Kulcha appeared as his biggest rival. Siliguri of Bengal will enjoy the taste of this North Indian food.
A combination of boiled chickpeas (motar) and soft white flour bread (kulcha) served garnished with chopped onions, juicy tomatoes, and powdered spices. Since everyone has their own recipe, this dish usually tastes different depending on which street vendor you choose. In this shop on SF Road, a man was sitting with an assortment of spices around him. He takes chickpeas out of the copper pot, tops it with potatoes and spices then spoons amchur-chutney on it, sprinkles garam masala chitone and green coriander, radish and finely chopped ginger. At the end, serve with a pair of fluffy kulchas on the side.
