The SDP machine worth Rs 59 lakh, which was waiting for license for the last one year in Divisional Hospital, is going to be commissioned soon. After getting the license and supplying the necessary bags, now only the work of training the engineers remains. As soon as this machine is launched, not only will the process of extracting platelets become easier, but the platelet count of the patients will also improve rapidly. According to Medical Superintendent Dr. Sunil Singh, now the people of Mirzapur will not have to run to other cities for platelets.
