Dr. Mohammad Iqbal says that in today’s busy life, people are busy in work from morning till evening. In such a situation, there is maximum pressure on the feet. When you put your feet in lukewarm salt water, the veins in the feet relax and the blood circulation starts improving. This provides relief to the body from inside.

The best time to do this remedy is in the evening. Do this when you have finished your day’s work and it is time to relax at home. Apart from this, it is very beneficial to do this before sleeping at night. This relaxes the body and also gives good sleep. According to the doctor, it is very easy to do. For this, take a tub or bucket, add enough lukewarm water in it to submerge your feet up to the ankles. Now add 1 to 2 spoons of common salt in it. After the salt dissolves well, put both your feet in it and sit comfortably.

Keep in mind that the water should not be too hot. It should only be slightly lukewarm. Now keep your feet in water for 15 to 20 minutes. During this time, sit comfortably and leave your body loose. It is very beneficial for them.
