The mention of Canada’s name is more shocking. Especially that Trump called PM Mark Carney a ‘governor’ while threatening 100 percent tariff. This simply means that he was addressing Canada as a state of America. Some people are seeing Trump’s statement as political satire or a pressure tactic.
