Lifting too much weight can cause problems in the joints, which causes problems in the long run. He advised that exercise should always be done as per the instructions of the gym trainer. In the beginning, practice with light weight and gradually increase the weight according to the body’s capacity. Doing heavy workouts without training and monitoring can be risky.

Dr. Mittal told that many people do excessive exercise to get quick results in less time. This puts additional pressure on the body and can also increase the risk of heart-related problems. He said that the physical capacity of every person is different, hence workout should be done as per the advice of the trainer. While lifting heavy weight, take the help of a trainer, so that any kind of injury can be avoided.

Along with gym, healthy diet is also important
Fitness is not only related to exercise but also to right eating habits. According to Dr. Ashish Mittal, gym goers should adopt local and healthy protein-rich food. He advised to include eggs, pulses, sprouts, milk, curd, green vegetables and especially spinach in the diet. Homemade food is safer and more beneficial than market supplements or processed products.

According to experts, nutritious protein shake can be prepared at home. For this, you can make powder of dry fruits like almonds, cashews, raisins, walnuts, mix it with milk and drink it. It provides protein and energy to the body naturally.
