There are various tandoori dishes besides Boroli jhal, raw vegetables with hilsa fish head. In order to make a place in the minds of the hungry tourists, there must be abundance in the cuisine. Jaldapara tourist lodge authorities know this very well.
Lodge authorities are organizing Indian, South Indian, Tandoori and Bengali positions for him. Tourists have started staying in this lodge after visiting Jaldapara. They are starting to taste this delicious food. When you see well-decorated items on the dining table, it becomes difficult to control the cravings. On the occasion of Puja, Borli jhal will stick on everyone’s face, claims the lodge manager Niranjan Saha.
He said, “Boroli fish are being brought from the local river. So that the taste does not change. The chef is making Borli jhal with these fish. Raw vegetables are kept with hilsa fish heads. These padas are not usually kept in other lodges. These padas carry the Bengali culture. Also, the pooja special Bengali thali has mustard hilsa, mutton. Shik kebab, mutton. There are biryani, mutton rezala and south Indian dishes.”
According to the lodge, the prices of the padas have been kept as low as possible. Tandoori padas are a new addition this time. Tourists come and eat this food. It is said that they feel good.
