Rice washing water:
The water used to wash rice before cooking is very effective in removing formalin. After washing the rice for the first time, pour the water into a bowl. Now, wash the fish thoroughly in this water. Then, wash the fish thoroughly with clean water and drain. This will remove 70% of the formalin.
