Green tea got the highest score
According to the doctor, if we talk about reducing inflammation, green tea was considered the best drink. It was given 10 marks out of 10. Green tea is rich in antioxidants, especially a compound called catechin, which helps in reducing inflammation in the body. Apart from this, it also has very less calories and sugar, hence it is considered safe to drink it daily.
