If you eat very spicy, fried or sour food then bile increases in the body. This bile reaches the head through blood and causes burning sensation, heaviness and pain behind the eyes, which people often mistake for migraine. At the same time, constipation or gas trapped in the stomach also causes headache. The stool and toxins accumulated in the stomach contaminate the blood and affect the brain. In such a situation, just applying balm or taking painkiller does not solve the real problem.
How to cure headache without painkiller
Nasya kriya- Put a few drops of desi ghee in the nose. This calms the bile and provides nourishment to the nerves.
coriander water- If the pain is due to acidity, to get rid of it, drink coriander water soaked overnight mixed with sugar candy.
Dried ginger paste- Avipatkar powder and dried ginger paste also helps in curing headache caused due to constipation and gas.
