For this, dairy products like milk, curd, buttermilk and cheese should be consumed, because they are rich in calcium, which helps in strengthening the bones. Apart from this, things like sesame, almonds and walnuts also provide essential nutrients to the body and are helpful in reducing joint pain.

Vegetables also make bones strong

Dr. Rash Bihari Tiwari tells that green vegetables are also very beneficial for strengthening bones. Especially iron and calcium are found in good quantity in leafy vegetables like spinach, fenugreek, mustard greens and bathua. Apart from this, pulses, gram, soybean and sprouted grains should also be included in the diet. Because they contain high amount of protein. He told that protein strengthens the muscles and supports the joints. He told that turmeric and ginger are also considered very beneficial in joint pain. Turmeric should be used in daily food and ginger can be included in tea or vegetables.

Bones will become stronger than garlic

Ayush doctor said that garlic also reduces bone pain. He told that the elderly should pay attention not only to food but also to lifestyle. Taking light sunlight daily, taking a short walk and doing light exercise is also beneficial for the bones. Also, one should stay away from excessive fried and junk food.
