1. Fennel and carom water-According to the report of Healthline, if you want permanent treatment of gas and acidity, drink fennel and carom water in the morning. For this, mix fennel and carom seeds in a glass of water at night and filter it and drink it in the morning. Carom seeds and fennel smoothen the intestinal wall. This reduces the risk of inflammation and less acid is produced in the stomach. After drinking fennel and carom water, go for exercise.

2. Sprout-If you want to improve your digestive power, then eat whole grains soaked in water as breakfast every morning. Add not just one type of whole grains but many types of whole grains in it. For this, add gram, moong, almonds, walnuts, raisins etc. at night. In this, add tomato, onion and spices as per your choice and consume it.
