Nowadays many chemicals are added to colors and dyes. When it gets into the eyes, it causes severe pain. Along with the eyes becoming red, they also start swelling. This happens because of this. Because, after the color or makeup is gone, they start rubbing their eyes with their fingers, which should not be done. If this happens, we should keep our eyes closed and gently wash our eyes with clean drinking water or distilled water containing saline. Dirt from the eyes should be cleaned with a clean cotton cloth.
