Healthy food and green vegetables should be consumed so that the eyes remain healthy and one does not need glasses.

Agra’s senior ophthalmologist Ishan Yadav said that mobile, laptop and TV are becoming enemies for the eyes. He said that people keep looking at phone, laptop or TV for hours. The doctor said that this is the reason why people have started wearing glasses. Children have stopped playing outside and mostly play video games at home. Due to this, the disease of myopia has started increasing in the eyes.

Dr. Ishaan told that in myopia, nearby objects are gradually visible and distance vision starts decreasing. He said that this is the reason why spectacles have to be worn. When spectacles are needed, the patient will feel pain in the eyes, watery eyes may appear or sometimes vision may appear blurred. If there are any such symptoms, it means that glasses are needed. In such a situation, one should consult the nearest ophthalmologist and after examining the eyes, glasses should be used.

Healthy food will save eyesight

Agra’s senior ophthalmologist Ishan Yadav said that it is important to consume healthy food to protect the eyes. Must eat seasonal fruits. Green vegetables should be consumed according to the season, so that the eyes remain safe and they get the necessary nutrients. He said that things containing Vitamin A should be consumed more. It is very beneficial for the eyes. It is important to give rest to the eyes. One should not watch mobile, laptop or TV continuously. The doctor told that complete sleep is very important.
