Muzaffarpur: Just hearing the name of Fuchka and Dahipuri or Daipuri makes the tongue water. Eight to eighty – almost everyone is in love with Fuchka! So today I will tell the story of a popular Fuchka stall. One must go to Shyamsunder’s stall near Aghoria Bazar Road in Muzaffarpur to enjoy these mouth-watering fuchka and daipuri.
The reputation of Dahipuri and Fuchka is not only in the entire area, but also spread throughout the country. Of course, that’s because of social media. Fuchka lovers started flocking before 4 pm. Shyamsunder’s golgappa and dahipuri pull the line falls!
Although Shyamsunder’s stall is in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, he also has Kolkata-Yoga. How? And how did he get this fame? Shyamsunder told that story in his own mouth. He said that he has been running this stall for 20 years. Even before that, Fuchkar did business in Calcutta. And here is the hand of his Fuchkar business.
He learned how to make fuchka from Calcutta and returned to his hometown Muzaffarpur. He started his business there. As everyone loved his fuchka, he expanded the menu. Added Batatapuri and Dahipuri to the menu. It also got a good response.
But why so many people in his stall? Actually phuchka of various flavors are available at Shyamsunder’s stall. He also served a special chutney. This is not the end, there are more surprises. Shyamsundar serves sugar-free fuchka in his shop. This specialty is mainly reserved for diabetic patients. Such patients cannot eat whole golgappa potato. So a special arrangement of Golgappa filled with peas and chickpeas has been kept for them.
And thanks to food vloggers, Shyamsunder’s Panipuri has also become famous on social media. Also, those who come to eat Fuchka at Shyamsunder’s stall also upload pictures on social media. Says Shyamsunder, “I never compromise on the quality of food.”
