US News: America has transported the next generation small nuclear reactor from California to Utah by C-17 aircraft. It will be tested to provide stable and safe electricity to military bases. This has happened for the first time, which is very important in itself. They will now be tested.

The nuclear reactor was transported by America.
Washington: America has taken a big step in its defense and energy policy. On Sunday, the US War Department (Ministry of Defense) loaded a next generation nuclear reactor in a huge military aircraft C-17 and transported it from California to Utah. This is not just a technical test, but is being considered an important part of the future military strategy. This step is being said to be part of President Donald Trump’s order, in which it has been said to rapidly modernize America’s nuclear energy capacity. This small but very modern nuclear reactor was flown from March Air Reserve Base (California) to Hill Air Force Base (Utah). Now it will be kept in Utah San Rafael Energy Lab for examination and testing. There scientists will see whether such reactors can provide direct, safe and continuous electricity to military bases. In simple words, America wants to provide its own electricity to its army, which is not dependent on external grid or diesel supply.
Why was this needed?
Today’s army does not run only with tanks and guns. Modern military bases run radar systems, missile defense, satellite communication, drone control centers and now artificial intelligence based systems. All of them require electricity 24 hours a day and in large quantities. If during a war or crisis the power grid goes down or the enemy cuts the supply lines, military bases may become vulnerable. Things can run on the power of a generator. But in such a situation, a small, safe nuclear reactor can make the army self-reliant.
