Ayurveda considers it as a chemical, i.e. an element which strengthens the body from within and slows down the aging process. If garlic is consumed properly, you can remain young for a long time.
Ayurveda expert said that raw garlic is considered a natural tonic for men, which increases the strength and energy of the body. Raw garlic improves blood circulation, due to which oxygen and nutrients reach every part of the body in the right quantity. Consuming it removes weakness, fatigue and increases stamina in men. It is also considered helpful in increasing testosterone hormone in men’s body, which improves sexual health of men. Men must eat raw garlic in limited quantities. 1-2 cloves of raw garlic daily is considered sufficient. Taking it on an empty stomach can increase its benefits.
