This workout includes different supersets, which activate the muscles more and help in giving better results in less time.

Superset 1: Goblet Squat and Suitcase Squat
The workout starts with goblet squat. In this you have to hold a dumbbell with both hands and keep it in front of the chest and then sit down in a squat position. This has to be done in 3 sets of 10-10 reps. This exercise activates the quads, glutes and core. Immediately after this, suitcase squat is done, in which the squat is done by holding the dumbbell at the side. This also has to be done in 3 sets of 10 reps. This movement improves the balance of the body and strengthens the legs as well as the core muscles.
