Showed tremendous courage throughout the tournament. Team India played well.

President Draupadi Murmu wrote on the World Cup win, ‘Congratulations to Team India for touching several records in history by winning the Men’s T20 World Cup. India has become the only nation to win the cup three times, an incredible achievement. Vars are the only team to have won the cup twice in a row.
