Brinjal is the cause of skin disease
According to Ayurvedacharya, brinjal is a hot vegetable whose consumption increases heat in the body. In such a situation, if you consume it in summer, it may cause problems related to stomach and digestion. Apart from this, its consumption can also cause problems like skin diseases for you.

Cauliflower: Cauliflower contains sulfur which can increase heat in the body, hence its consumption during summer season can cause stomach problems like indigestion, acidity and gas.

Jackfruit: According to Ayurveda, excessive consumption of jackfruit should be avoided in summer. Its nature is hot, hence excessive consumption can cause many problems related to digestion.

Custard Apple: Most of the people like to eat yellow colored ripe kohra vegetable. But Ayurveda advises you to avoid its consumption.
