This Singara has made this old woman Surbala Mandal very popular. As soon as this Singara is made, everything is sold out. But she has been running this shop for more than 40 years.

But, there is no tiredness in his eyes regarding the matter of doing this shop. Although nowadays it is quite difficult to sit by the fire and fry the singara. Apart from this, the eyesight has also decreased a lot. So now his only son Singara Vajen. However, he is still the craftsman of making that Singara. He made his own son to fry by making singara himself.

The old woman Surbala Mandal said, “Currently, she has got cataracts. Therefore, it is very difficult to see. In addition, sitting by the fire makes her body sick. That is why her only son helps her to cook the singara. But the singara with which she is known to everyone, as “Singara Dida”. She cannot leave the work of making singara to anyone. “The only son of Surbala Mandal said Paritosh Mandal, “His mother still prepares singara by herself and gives it to him to fry. Everyone, young and old, likes to eat this singara made by her mother’s hands. So, because of that love, her mother wants to make singara like this as long as her body lasts.”
