US-Iran War: If you are also stranded in different countries due to the war between America, Israel and Iran, then you can get help by contacting these phone numbers issued by the Ministry of External Affairs.
US-Iran War: In view of the rapidly changing situation in West Asia and the Gulf region due to the US-Iran war, the Indian government has taken a big step. The Ministry of External Affairs has set up a special control room to help Indian citizens living in the affected areas. Along with this, the ministry has also issued emergency contact numbers of Indian embassies present in many countries, so that immediate assistance can be provided if needed.
- According to the Ministry of External Affairs, this control room will be active every day from 9 am to 9 pm. In case of any emergency, Indian citizens or their relatives can contact here.
- Toll free number 1800118797 has been issued for the control room. Apart from this, numbers can also be contacted on +91 11 2301 2113, +91 11 2301 4104 and +91 11 2301 7905.
- The government has also shared the emergency numbers of Indian embassies and missions located in various countries in the Gulf and West Asia. For assistance in Bahrain, you can contact +973 39418071.

Ministry advised to avoid rumors
The Ministry of External Affairs has said that Indian citizens living in the area should remain alert, follow the instructions of the local administration and avoid rumours. In case of any emergency, immediately contact the nearest Indian Embassy or control room. The government has assured that the safety of every Indian living abroad is its priority and all possible assistance will be provided.
