However, according to doctors, when people feel the heat and start giving up warm clothes or blankets, then there is a danger to their health. People feel that it is hot, but at the same time, even a little breeze touching the body is causing many diseases.
General Physician Dr. SS Jaiswal says that many such patients are coming to him who are suffering from cold, cough, running nose and mild fever. Among them, the number of children is highest because parents say that they do not cover themselves with blankets at night and even in the afternoon they remove heavy or thick clothes. In such a situation, this frequent change in temperature is disturbing the balance of the body and they are falling ill.
Dr. Jaiswal says that the body continuously works hard to keep its internal temperature stable. In such a situation, when it is cold in the morning and hot in the afternoon, the body has to work harder again and again to balance the temperature, which can increase fatigue and other health problems. Due to this the immunity is weakening. Symptoms like laziness and body pain are emerging.
They say that patients suffering from heart diseases are also at risk due to change in temperature. This may cause blood pressure to fluctuate. Sometimes BP may increase and sometimes it may decrease. In such a situation, patients need to be especially careful.
What should people do for protection?
. Do not go out too much in the hot afternoon sun as it may cause sweating.
. Do not wear very light clothes for about 15 days. Keep wearing light blouse so that you do not feel wind and cold.
. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration. Lack of water can cause problems in BP.
. At night, sleep with a light blanket rather than a thick blanket and also put the children to sleep after covering them.
. If there is any problem, contact the doctor immediately and do not take antibiotics or other medicines on your own.
