For this, early identification of obesity is necessary because in many people obesity is not visible on the surface but many factors are present inside it. Young people usually look healthy but are not. In such cases, timely investigation is very important. In the Economic Survey, digital consumption has been considered the main culprit for mental diseases. For this, screen time will have to be limited. Parents need to pay attention to this. We have to make a commitment to walk every day. Children will have to be encouraged in sports. The youth will have to reduce screen time and focus on sleep, only then our country will progress.

Sleep and exercise are very important
Former President of Indian Medical Association Dr. Vinay Aggarwal Told that we have inherited bad genes due to which we have got many communicable and non-communicable diseases.
