21-year-old Austin Tucker Martin was shot by the Secret Service as he tried to penetrate the security perimeter outside the Mar-a-Lago resort. It is being told that he was once a supporter of Donald Trump. The exact information as to why he came to take this step has not been revealed. But there is definitely speculation on the reason behind him doing so.

Washington: A case of breach in the security of US President Donald Trump has come to light. 21-year-old Austin Tucker Martin was killed by the Secret Service while trying to enter his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida. The incident occurred around 1:30 am local time. Austin was found trying to enter the security cordon near the North Gate of the resort. He had a shotgun and a gas can. Secret Service agents and local sheriff’s deputies told him to stop and put down his weapon. He put the gas can down, but raised the shotgun into firing position. After this the agents opened fire and he died on the spot. Trump and Melania Trump were not present there at the time of the incident. He was a Trump supporter, yet he came to assassinate him. But there is still a big question that why did he want to do this?
Why did Donald want to kill Trump?
Initial investigation has revealed that he was extremely worried about the recently released Jeffrey Epstein files. According to reports, he had sent messages to his colleagues, in which it was written that ‘Read the Epstein files, evil is real’ and talked about making people aware. People close to him say that he believed that powerful people were getting away and the government was hiding the truth. However, till now there is no solid evidence that he was part of any big organization or conspiracy. The investigating agencies are trying to find out whether he was just angry, or was influenced by some wrong information and had set out to take some big step.
Was Austin a Trump supporter?
The interesting thing is that Martin is said to be a supporter of Trump. People who worked with him say that he considered Trump a ‘strong leader’. He also talked about his Christian faith. But on the other hand, he was also angry with inflation, job difficulties and financial problems of the youth. He was still living with his parents and used to make and sell pencil sketches for extra income. He had also tried to form a union in his office so that the salary could be increased, but the effort was not successful.
Was this a terrorist attack?
In some social media posts he is being described as ‘radicalised’, but the investigating agencies have not yet given any official statement whether it was a terrorist attack or an isolated attempt. FBI is investigating the entire matter. The family had also lodged a missing report a day before the incident. A box of shotgun has been recovered from his car.
