He said that due to not eating on time, we are inviting obesity. This is affecting health the most. Therefore, avoid eating junk food or fast food and eat as per your hunger.
This is the major cause of disease
Dr. Jyoti Singh, dietitian of Divisional Hospital, told Local 18 that excess Kalori is absorbed in the body. Because, whenever we take anything in excess, the body reserves it in the form of fat. So that this can be useful in times of crisis, but due to the way we eat and drink, problems are increasing. We are eating according to time and not according to hunger. Due to this the availability has increased and we are eating something all the time. The situation has become such that our store is fat. It is not being used and is turning into obesity.
The need depends on the body
Dr. Jyoti Singh told that the needs of every body are different. We should eat and drink according to our body. Eat things as per your requirement. Obesity is a big problem. Be it diabetes or hypertension. Obesity invites diseases like fatty liver and uric acid. It is very important to keep obesity under control. According to the reports of WHO and UNICEF, in 2012 there was only 10 percent obesity, but now it has increased to 20 percent. Every third person is struggling with obesity. Therefore, eat something according to your hunger and avoid eating high calorie food. Avoid junk food and fried food. Try to consume plenty of green vegetables, salads and fruits in your diet.
