Dietitian Rizwana Azmi says that this problem can be got rid of by including some things in the diet and correcting the lifestyle.

Rizwana said that nowadays people are becoming more dependent on medicines. Using medicine immediately for small problems is wrong. This also causes many disadvantages. He said that one can remain healthy by changing one’s lifestyle and taking care of diet. He said that to cure joint pain and arthritis, first you have to change your habits. After this, proper diet will have to be taken.

For this, first of all change your regular habits and start sleeping and waking up at the right time. Take a morning walk and take a diet full of nutrients. He told that consumption of flaxseed is very beneficial for joint pain and arthritis. He has also explained the method of consuming it. He said that you should use one spoon of flax seeds or powder with warm water daily. Along with this, mix a pinch of turmeric in milk and consume it daily. Fish oil is also very useful. It is considered beneficial in joint pain, knee pain and arthritis.
