Mumbai: In the most high-voltage match of IPL (IPL 2026), Mumbai Indians will take on Royal Challengers Bangalore at their home ground today. Mumbai Indians cricketers will wear black armbands in this match at Wankhede. Legendary musician Asha Bhosle passed away today. To pay tribute to him, Hardik Pandya, Suryakumar Yadav will wear black bands in today’s match.

A Mumbai Indians source told news agency IANS, “Mumbai Indians players will wear black armbands against RCB today at Wankhede. This decision has been taken as a tribute to the late legendary musician Asha Bhosle.”

Note that this news spread like a nightmare on Sunday morning. Asha Bhosle breathed her last at Bridge Kandy Hospital at the age of 92 due to multi organ failure. Didi Lata Mangeshkar passed away on February 6, 2022. Asha passed away after four years.
