Guwahati: The IPL season is currently in full swing. But after the end of the IPL, there is no rest. The Indian team’s series against Afghanistan will start from June 6. First the two teams will play a Test and then they will face each other in three ODIs. The team for that series was announced today.

The Indian selectors held a meeting today in Guwahati to select the team for the Afghanistan series. The 15-man squad that was selected after that meeting saw not one, not two, but three new cricketers called up to the Indian squad. Manav Sutar, Harsh Dubey and Gurnoor Brar have been called up to the national Test squad.
