Jaipur: After two matches, Mitchell Marsh could not score a century despite reaching the threshold of a century in two matches. However, Lucknow Super Giants made a big run by relying on his brilliant 96-run innings against Rajasthan Royals and a half-century from Marsh’s opening partner Josh Inglis. In the ‘death over’, the bowlers of the Royals did not make a quick comeback, but at one time it seemed that Lucknow would cross the 250-run barrier. However, Lucknow’s innings stopped at 220 for five due to Jofra Archers’ good bowling in the last overs. For the Royals, young spinner Yashraj Punia impressed with the maximum two wickets.
