Hardik reached the Center of Excellence in Bengaluru on June 2, reported TOI. After gradually getting fully fit through various drills, the clearance to play the match will be given. The same report claims that former Indian captain and superstar cricketer Rohit Sharma has also been asked to report to the Center of Excellence by the BCCI.

Rohit suffered a muscle injury during the IPL. He did not play several IPL matches due to that injury. Like Hardik, Rohit is also in the ODI series against Afghanistan Indian teamEven though he was kept, he was also told that he will enter the field only if he is fit. Similarly, it is heard that Rohit will go to the Center of Excellence to prove his fitness before the ODI series against Afghanistan.
