The application was heard in the Bidhannagar court today on Thursday, but the hearing was postponed due to the absence of the judge in charge. The next day of hearing is February 2.

The investigation revealed that after entering the field, Lionel Messi was repeatedly touched on the body and back. Messi was upset about this and told his personal security guards. When the security guards informed Shatdru Dutt about the whole situation, he made a hasty announcement and tried to defuse the situation. But in the end the situation could not be brought under control. Messi left the field after completing the program scheduled for one and a half hours in just twenty minutes. Shatdru Dutt told the investigators that the flowchart that was prepared in advance about how long Messi would stay after entering the field, the whole plan fell apart after entering the field. He only organized, said Shatdru Dutta, who claimed he was in no way responsible for Saturday’s chaos. However, there was no hearing in the Bidhannagar court even on Thursday regarding whether the audience will get the money back.

Spectators paid big bucks to watch Messi. But it is alleged that they did not see Messi properly. After that, there was a demand for refund from the audience.
