Selected candidates will get a chance to work at Musk’s headquarters in Palo Alto, California.

xAI has claimed that their recruitment process is very fast. After application submission, there is a 30-minute intro call with a talent engineer, followed by a presentation and on-site interview. The company aims to complete the entire process in just two weeks. This speed reflects Musk’s working style, where time and talent are kept above all.
