Ayurvedic Panchamrit- In this remedy, Ayurveda has advised to consume some such household items which are present in the kitchen and about whose benefits very few people know. In case of anemia, 2 raisins and 2 figs should be soaked overnight and consumed in the morning. One should lick a mixture of iron ash and honey, drink white petha and amla juice on an empty stomach in the morning, consume sesame seeds and jaggery in abundance and consume Triphala powder with lukewarm water at night.

Diet table- Include green leafy vegetables, drumstick leaves and stems, and beetroot in your diet. Among fruits, pomegranate, grapes, apple and dates can be consumed. Be sure to include buttermilk in your diet during the day. It helps in keeping the stomach clean and increasing the amount of blood in the body. Along with this, it is important to avoid eating large amounts of green chillies, brinjals, very sour fruits, packed food or beverages.

sun bath- Be it winter or summer, light sunlight in the morning is very important for the body. Morning sunlight increases the level of Vitamin D in the body, which strengthens red blood cells.
