Health Tips: Dr. Manoj Bhagat told Local 18 that if a person eats food contrary to his nature, then the doshas become imbalanced and become the cause of diseases. By adopting the right diet, the body can be kept healthy naturally and this also reduces the dependence on medicines.

Bilaspur. Every person’s nature, thinking and physical structure are different. Some are more active, some get angry quickly, while others remain calm and stable by nature. In Ayurveda this natural difference is called Prakriti. Dr. Manoj Bhagat, an Ayurvedic expert from Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, tells Local 18 that when these three doshas, Vata, Pitta and Kapha, remain in balance, only then the body and mind remain healthy, but due to changing lifestyle, wrong eating habits and stress, this balance gets disturbed, due to which many diseases arise. If a person adopts diet and routine according to his nature, then prevention of diseases is possible.

According to Dr. Manoj Bhagat, people with Vaata nature are thin, more mobile and less sleepy. He talks too much and keeps shaking his legs even while sitting. When Vata increases, problems like gas, constipation, joint pain, headache and insomnia can occur. Such people should eat hot and nutritious food.

Pittaja Prakriti: Sharp mind and angry tendencies
He further said that people with Pittaja nature are intelligent, self-confident and full of leadership abilities. They get angry easily and also have high ego. Due to Pitta imbalance, acidity, burning sensation, mouth ulcers and excessive sweating occur. They should avoid excessive chillies, spices and fried food.

Kaphaj Nature: Calm nature and stable intellect.
He said that people with Kaphaj nature are calm, tolerant and have stable mind. Their body is strong and hair is thick. Anger reduces but if phlegm increases, problems like weight gain, laziness and cold and cough may occur. Such people should take light and warm food.

Diet is the key to a healthy life
Dr. Manoj Bhagat said that if a person eats food contrary to his nature, the doshas become imbalanced and cause diseases. By adopting the right diet, the body can be kept healthy naturally and dependence on medicines is also reduced.
