A decision was to be taken tonight on the legality of the huge tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump, but now this decision has been postponed. That means the Supreme Court did not give any decision today. The main debate in this case is on whether Trump can impose arbitrary taxes without the approval of Parliament by using the ‘Emergency Powers Act’ (IEEPA) of 1977?
