Power of Organic Millets: The interest of farmers towards organic farming is continuously increasing across the country and they are also getting good profits from it. In this series, farmer Bhupendra is working on millets and preparing biscuits from organic ragi. Bhupendra told that he himself did organic farming of ragi. He also took ragi from other farmers, processed it and made biscuits. Apart from being delicious in taste, this Ragi biscuit is also beneficial for health. Its demand is increasing rapidly in Delhi-NCR and Moradabad division. Bhupendra says that compared to the adulterated biscuits available in the market, his product is completely organic. From this initiative they are earning good income and people are also getting healthy options.
