Regular consumption of this tea strengthens the digestive system and provides relief from problems like gas and indigestion. It is also helpful in controlling weight. The decoction of bamboo leaves is also useful in many diseases. Consuming it provides relief in joint pain, swelling and bone weakness. The silica present in it is helpful in strengthening the bones.
