Announcing in the budget, Nirmala Sitharaman said, I propose to establish three new All India Ayurveda Institutes. Under this, Ayurveda science will get global recognition. Along with this, AYUSH pharmacies and drug testing laboratories will be upgraded. More skilled human resources will be made available in this. Also, WHO’s Global Traditional Medicine Center located in Jamnagar will be upgraded. Nirmala Sitaran said that global demand for Ayurveda products has increased. Therefore, we will expand Ayurveda products according to the needs of the world.
