Shopkeeper Vishnu Roy said, ‘There are many luchi shops in the district at the price of 10 taka, but no special luchi is available in all those luchi shops. So they have made this special flavored luchi. Gandharaj lemon peel paste and ampanna juice are rubbed with it to make this luchi. As a result the color of luchi is green. Apart from this, after frying luchi, lemon juice is given on luchi. Then this luchi is served with potato stew. And if you put this luchi in your mouth, you can get the smell and taste of Gandharaj lemon.

Bua Rajak and Tishrendu Sarengi, two customers in the shop, said, ‘This luchi with a fancy taste is really liked by everyone. This luchi was not found earlier in Cooch Behar.
